A critical component of delivering excellent customer service is anticipating and addressing challenges in requirements and technology that the Treasurer’s office may face. An important part of this is continuous improvement that streamlines the way things are done in order to assure the delivery of excellent customer service. I will leverage my expertise and experience to implement new ideas and technological advancements that add efficiency, reduce costs, and provide high-quality services to Loudoun County residents.
